Boxing

If you crave a good sweat session Boxing will be your new addiction. Boxing is a 45 minute fitness class that features boxing combinations and high cardio intensity. You can expect to leave class feeling sweaty, strong and focused!

Reformer Pilates

Push or pull against the resistance of the reformer, building strength as you power through a series of toning exercises. We follow the reformer principles, but turn up the intensity for the ultimate outcome. The added boost will define your core, sculpt your muscles and improve your flexibility.

Dance

We’ve partnered with one of the Local dance teachers, Rhi, to bring all things dancing and jiving to the Healesville Fitness Centre! Rhi will be hosting 4-6 week Dance Bootcamps, keep an eye on our socials to see upcoming dates.

Les Mills

Les Mills is a virtual gym experience designed for those living life on a loose schedule! Classes run throughout the day giving you the flexibility to pop in and out when it suits you. When classes are not scheduled, you are free to use the OnDemand function, pick your own class and work out at your own leisure.


Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is a fast-paced, weighted-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit in a 45min classes. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

HIIT

Intense, exhausting and empowering, High intensity Interval Training has blown up in recent years as the go-to exercise program for those with a busy schedule! Focused on elevating the heart rate and maintaining near-constant movement for 20-30 mins, HIIT is popular for a reason: it gets results!


Strength

Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using resistance like hand weights, body bars and your own body weight. All-Levels.

Spin

Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organised sport, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bike.


Sweat & Burn

Sweat and burn is a combination of high-intensity cardio and resistance training. This class is designed to increase your heart rate into the fat-burning zone to increase your fitness levels while incorporating weights resistance training to help tone and strengthen the body over a 45 minute class.
